.DISCUSSION...

Lower humidity and cooler than average temperatures will continue
through tomorrow on the back of a persistent northeast wind of 5 to
10 mph.  Rain chances will remain lower than average through tomorrow
with largely dry conditions expected.  There is a low chance of a
thunderstorm developing over the impacted area late this afternoon, but
the overall threat of lightning will remain very limited.  Tonight
into tomorrow will see rain chances fall to near zero as even drier
air moves in from the north.

                    showers and thunderstorms early in the
