.DISCUSSION...

A strong cold front moved through the region early this morning.
Relative humidity values have dropped sharply behind the front
and are currently generally between 25 to 35 percent. Conditions
are favorable for elevated fire weather concerns due to these
higher winds and low humidities this afternoon. By Tuesday, winds
become a little more lackluster, despite the continued dry
conditions during the afternoon hours overall limiting the
concern. Afternoon min RH`s do stay in the 30-40% range for most
of the rest of the week as dry air remains in place.
