.DISCUSSION...

Southeast winds will increase from 5 to 10 mph this morning to 10 to 15
mph this afternoon.  Patchy fog this morning will also quickly clear
after sunrise, but there will be a risk of scattered showers and
storms popping up this afternoon.  Minimum humidity values will remain
high at 70 to 75 percent this afternoon.  Tonight, winds will remain
elevated at 5 to 10 mph from the southeast, and this will help to keep
fog development at bay.  However, low clouds will develop.  Humidity
values will remain high at close to 100 percent and periods of light
mist can be expected.  Tomorrow will more unsettled with numerous
showers and scattered thunderstorms expected.  The storms will be most
common in the afternoon hours.  Winds will remain from the southeast,
but will once again increase from 5 to 10 mph in the morning hours to
10 to 15 mph in the afternoon.
