.DISCUSSION...
A very dry high pressure system will remain over the region
through today with minimum RH values of 30 to 40 percent expected
this afternoon. Winds will remain light at around 5 mph, so
critical fire conditions are not anticipated. Southerly flow will
return by Tuesday, and this will allow for increasing humidity
values through the rest of the week. Minimum RH values will rise
to 50 to 60 percent on Tuesday and further increase to 60 to
70 percent for the rest of the week. Rain chances will also be on
the increase starting Wednesday and then continue through the end
of the week as a weak front stalls along the coast.
