.DISCUSSION...
A persistent east-northeast wind of 5 to 10 mph will continue to feed drier
and slightly cooler air into the area. This will keep rain chances
suppressed at 10 percent or less and the risk of lightning will be near
zero through tomorrow. The lower humidity will also keep heat index values
in the low 90s and wet-bulb globe temperatures in the low to mid 80s both
the rest of this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon.
