            Delayed Report: Video of a very low funnel
            cloud was received. Video was taken over the
            Gramercy Bridge, heading north, looking
            northwest. Funnel was likely over marsh
            areas north of Gramercy/Lutcher south of US
            61/Airline Highway. Unconfirmed if funnel
            made contact with the ground with no radar
            TDS or damage reported as of this time. Time
            estimated from radar and cross checked with
            report time.
