  River LA from 20 to 60 NM...
  Coastal waters from Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to
  Port Fourchon Louisiana from 20 to 60 NM...
  Coastal waters from the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to
  Port Fourchon Louisiana out 20 NM...

At 1027 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This
cluster of thunderstorms is generally located along a line extending
from 15 nm southwest of Louisiana Offshore Oil Port to 13 nm east of
Ship Shoal 198 to 16 nm south of Ship Shoal 295, moving west at 5
knots.

The cluster of strong thunderstorms will remain over mainly open
waters.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots, higher
waves, and dangerous lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe
harbor immediately until this activity passes.
