Coastal waters from Pascagoula Mississippi to Stake Island out 20 NM... At 301 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a cluster of strong thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. This cluster of thunderstorms is generally located along a line extending from 13 nm southwest of Chandeleur Sound to Breton Sound, moving east at 10 knots.
