* At 659 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong
  thunderstorms were located along a line from 8 NM northwest of
  Pascagoula to 24 NM south of Horn Island, or along a line from 8 NM
  northwest of Pascagoula to 23 NM east of Chandeleur Sound, moving
  southwest at 25 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Ship Island, Cat Island, Chandeleur Sound, Mississippi Sound, Long
  Beach, Pass Christian, Gulfport, Biloxi, Gulf Park Estates and
  Ocean Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Report severe weather to the Coast Guard or nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until these storms pass.

These thunderstorms will likely produce winds to around 30 knots, and
could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A Special Marine Warning may
eventually be required when these storms reach the nearshore waters.
Boaters should consider heading for shore before the storm arrives.
