...AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...

  Lake Pontchartrain and Lake Maurepas...

At 1139 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This boundary of gusty winds
was located along a line extending from near Mandeville to Mid Lake
Pontchartrain to Orleans Marina, moving east at 25 knots.

  Rigolets around 1220 PM CDT.
  Lake Borgne around 1225 PM CDT.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots and
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this
