A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Lake Maurepas...

At 1147 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots and weak waterspouts. This shower
was located over Lake Maurepas, moving northeast at 15 knots.

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally higher
waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this
activity passes.

Brief, weak waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on
alert in case warnings are issued for waterspout development.
