  Port Fourchon Louisiana from 20 to 60 NM...
  Coastal waters from the Southwest Pass of the Mississippi River to

At 946 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an outflow boundary, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This boundary of gusty winds
was located along a line extending from 40 nm south of Farewell Buoy
to 20 nm southeast of Pilottown to 13 nm southwest of Southwest Pass
Of the Mississippi River, moving southeast at 25 knots.

Mariners can expect widespread gusty winds to around 30 knots and
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this
activity passes.
