* WHAT...East winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 6
  to 9 ft expected.

* WHERE...All of the open Gulf waters west of the Mississippi
  River.

* WHEN...From noon Thursday to midnight CDT Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

  Gulf waters are expected.

* WHERE...Chandeleur Sound, Breton Sound, and all of the open Gulf
  waters east of the Mississippi River.

* WHEN...From noon Thursday to midnight CDT Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
