* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, north to north-
  northeast winds of 15 to 20 knots with frequent higher gusts.
  For the second Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds near 20 kt
  with gusts up to 25 kt and seas 5 to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 1 PM CDT
  Thursday. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 10 PM
  Thursday to 10 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
