* At 207 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 nm north of Timbalier Bay to near Ship Shoal 198,
  moving east at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Derniers, and Louisiana Offshore Oil Port.
