...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF NORTHEASTERN
WASHINGTON PARISH, NORTH CENTRAL HANCOCK AND PEARL RIVER COUNTIES
THROUGH 400 PM CDT
...

At 303 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Varnado to near Mcneil. Movement was east
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Bogalusa, Poplarville, Varnado, Crossroads, Mcneil, and Angie.

This includes Interstate 59 in Mississippi between mile markers 11
and 42.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
