At 1215 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking outflow from a cluster of
strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Metairie to
near Belle Chasse to 8 miles southeast of Poydras. Movement was west
at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

New Orleans, Kenner, Avondale, Metairie, Marrero, Harvey, Timberlane,
Belle Chasse, Hahnville, Laplace, Reserve, Jefferson, Gretna,
Harahan, Westwego, Jean Lafitte, Montz, River Ridge, Ama, and
Destrehan.

This includes the following Interstates...
 Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 216 and 237.
 Interstate 310 between mile markers 1 and 6.
 Interstate 610 between mile markers 1 and 3.
