EAST BATON ROUGE PARISHES THROUGH 445 PM CDT
...

At 421 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Whitehall, or 15 miles southeast of Denham Springs, moving north at
15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Denham Springs, Walker, Livingston, French Settlement, Albany, Port
Vincent, Watson, Whitehall, and Killian.

This includes Interstate 12 between mile markers 14 and 33.
