...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF SOUTHWESTERN JACKSON
COUNTY THROUGH 845 PM CDT
...

At 822 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ocean Springs, moving south at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Pascagoula, Ocean Springs, Moss Point, Gautier, Gulf Hills, Gulf Park
Estates, Hickory Hills, and Vancleave.

This includes Interstate 10 in Mississippi between mile markers 53
and 66.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
