CENTRAL LAFOURCHE PARISHES THROUGH 430 PM CDT
...

At 359 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers capable of
producing funnel clouds and waterspouts near Galliano. These showers
were nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Waterspouts and funnel clouds.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous waters. If a funnel cloud briefly touches down,
         minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Houma, Cut Off, Galliano, Larose, Golden Meadow, Chauvin, and
Montegut.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

If on or near marine areas, get out of the water and move indoors or
inside a vehicle. Move to safe shelter now!
