BATON ROUGE AND CENTRAL IBERVILLE PARISHES THROUGH 645 PM CDT

At 610 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Plaquemine, moving west at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Plaquemine, Addis, and Bayou Sorrel.

This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 133 and
135.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
