* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern St. Helena Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Northeastern Livingston Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
  Southwestern Tangipahoa Parish in southeastern Louisiana...

* Until 600 PM CDT.

* At 501 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hammond,
  moving northwest at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hammond, Ponchatoula, Livingston, Independence, Albany,
  Springfield, Montpelier, Natalbany, and Tickfaw.

This includes the following Interstates...
 Interstate 12 between mile markers 27 and 42.
 Interstate 55 in Louisiana between mile markers 27 and 40.
