For the Owyhee River...including Wildhorse Dam, Wildhorse, Mountain
City...elevated reservoir levels are forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Caution is urged when walking near reservoir banks.
If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.
