Elevated conditions continue Monday as an approaching upper trough will shift winds westerly at 10 MPH to 20 MPH with gusts up to 30 MPH possible. High temperatures through Tuesday will be 5 to 10 degrees above normal for this time of year. High pressure will keep temperatures above seasonal values through next weekend.
