.DISCUSSION...Isolated thunderstorm activity over the incident site
will initiate around 1200 Wednesday and areal coverage will
increase as the afternoon progresses. The atmosphere will become
increasingly unstable through early afternoon and with enough
moisture in place a mix of wet and dry thunder is possible. While
CWR is listed at 4% there are values of as high as 11% near the
site Wednesday afternoon. Model guidance keeps shower and storm
activity over the area through late Wednesday evening. Better
chances for wetting rain exist Thursday with increases areal
coverage of shower and storm activity by 1300 that afternoon.
