mix of wet and dry storm modes. Storms will begin around 1300 PDT.
Otherwise generally light winds thru the day aside for gusty and
erratic thunderstorm outflows around 45 mph. Activity dissipates
thru the evening, coming to an end around 2100-2200 PDT Thursday.
Isolated dry thunderstorms Friday afternoon as the weather
pattern begins to shift, dry Saturday.
