FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

30.5 inch high pressure will linger over the Mid Atlantic CONUS
through Sunday, gradually weakening and retreating east into the
Atlantic Ocean thereafter. This will allow light south to
southeast winds to continue across the lake through Sunday night.

Low pressure near 29.4 inches will develop over eastern Colorado
Sunday evening, progressing into the Upper Mississippi River
Valley into early Tuesday morning. Southerly winds will steadily
become gusty ahead of the approaching low, approaching or
exceeding gale force over at least the central third of the lake
on Tuesday. Anticipate that headlines will become necessary in
later forecasts.

Winds could remain breezy at times through midweek as 30.1 inch
high pressure slowly builds into the Canadian Great Plains. The
track of the aforementioned low pressure system is not yet
certain; we could continue to see some breezy southerly winds
midweek if it lingers near WI, or transition to northwest (or
even due north) post-cold-front wind flow if it exits northeast.
In either case, modest north winds are looking likely late this
week as high pressure drifts east into Ontario Canada.
