FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...
Low pressure around 29.7 inches over southern Lake Michigan will
track across southern Lower Michigan and into Lake Huron
overnight. Broad high pressure around 30.2 inches is expected to
move into the region from the Dakotas Thursday. This will lead to
some gusty northerly winds overnight into Thursday night.

The high will be tracking through the Great Lakes region Thursday
night into Friday. A warm front will move northeast toward and
stall to the southwest of southern Lake Michigan later Friday into
Saturday night, as broad high pressure around 30.1 inches sets up
north of the Upper Great Lakes region.

showers with a chance of thunderstorms through early evening,
then scattered showers and slight chance of thunderstorms
overnight. Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft building to 5 to
8 ft occasionally to 10 ft.
.THURSDAY...North winds 15 to 25 kt increasing to 30 kt. Isolated
showers in the morning. Waves 5 to 8 ft occasionally to 10 ft
subsiding to 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 25 kt diminishing to 10 to
20 kt late in the evening, then becoming northeast 10 to 15 kt
after midnight becoming east late. Waves 4 to 6 ft occasionally
to 8 ft subsiding to 1 to 3 ft.
.FRIDAY...South winds 5 to 10 kt becoming southwest. Waves 1 to
2 ft.
