FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure around 30.2 inches will continue to push east
overnight, while low pressure around 29.2 inches develops over the
Northern Plains. Southeast winds will shift south overnight.

Expect winds to increase later today, as Lake Michigan sits
between the two systems, and has the potential to produce
southerly gusts up to 30 knots through early Sunday morning. A few
gale force gusts are possible across the northern portions of the
lake Saturday afternoon and evening. Any such gusts are expected
to be brief and isolated, with gale headlines not anticipated.

The main low pressure system weakens to around 29.6 inches
Sunday, as it lifts from Ontario into the James Bay region. This
will drag a cold front across the Upper Great Lakes later Sunday
into Monday, as south to southwest winds shift north later Monday
into Tuesday. Could see a few gale force gusts Monday night into
Tuesday behind the cold frontal passage. Showers and storms will
accompany the passing front. Widespread severe weather hazards are
not anticipated at this time. Winds should gradually ease through
the middle of the week, as another high pressure system around
30.2 inches builds across the Upper Great Lakes region.
