044 FZUS63 KMKX 072014 GLFLM OPEN LAKE FORECAST for Lake Michigan National Weather Service Milwaukee/Sullivan WI 214 PM CST Fri Nov 7 2025 FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan. Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will occasionally be encountered. .SYNOPSIS... Low pressure of 29.3 inches just north of Lake Huron this afternoon will continue to pull away to the east this evening and tonight. Breezy westerly winds will ease later today into Saturday morning while veering to the north. Low pressure of 29.7 inches will then move quickly from the Central Plains early Saturday morning to the Ohio River Valley Saturday night. North to northeast winds will pick up later Saturday as the low approaches, becoming north to northwest Saturday night into Sunday behind the low. Gusts on Sunday may reach gale force for a time, particulary across the southern half of the lake. Winds will vary between northwest and southwest the first half of next week, while remaining gusty through this period. Winds may approach or hit gale force at times again Monday through Wednesday.
