Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will occasionally be encountered. .SYNOPSIS... Light to modest east northeast winds are expected into tonight. High pressure around 30.1 inches will build into the northern Great Lakes tonight and Sunday, shifting to the lower Great Lakes for Monday. Light and variable winds are forecast for Sunday and Monday. Increasing south to southwest winds are possible Tuesday into Wednesday, shifting west to northwest Wednesday night into Thursday, as a cold front moves toward and through the region.
