FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

Light southeasterly to southerly winds will continue over the
southern half of Lake Michigan today, while light and variable
winds will continue over the northern half. Some marine dense fog
has formed early this morning along the Wisconsin shoreline of
the lake, and this fog should continue into the mid- morning
before storms roll across the lake. Light and variable winds will
then be prevalent over the whole lake tonight.

This weather pattern will continue through midweek with periodic
shower and thunderstorm chances for southern portions of the Lake
as small areas of low pressure follow along the stalled front. The
front finally begins to sag southward through the end of the week
allowing high pressure around 30.2 inches to build down across
the Upper Great Lakes through Friday. Then as the high pressure
pushes east expect low pressure to develop over the Plains and
track across the Great Lakes through the weekend bringing
increasing southerly winds.
