Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will occasionally be encountered. .SYNOPSIS... High pressure around 30.1 inches over the northern Great Lakes will slowly shift to the lower Great Lakes for Monday. Light and variable winds are forecast through this period. Increasing south to southwest winds are expected Tuesday into Wednesday, shifting west to northwest Wednesday night into Thursday, as a cold front moves toward and through the region. Cannot rule out a few isolated gales across far northern Lake Michigan on Wednesday.
