Kentucky...

  Stoner Creek at Paris affecting Bourbon County.

.Heavy rain from the past 36 hours has caused the river to rise.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Stoner Creek at Paris.

* WHEN...Until late this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water floods a few low roads on right bank
  of creek.
  At 20.0 feet, Water enters yards of homes downstream of water
  plant. Parts of the Garrard Park flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:15 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 18.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:15 AM EDT Wednesday was 18.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue falling to 13.1 feet early
    Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    18.5 feet on 02/13/2020.
