.DISCUSSION... An approaching storm system from the west will pass just
north of us later today and tonight. Mostly scattered rain showers are
expected with this system with a few of our northern southern Indiana
counties potentially getting a brief slushy snow accumulation of around
a coating. Rainfall amounts with this system are expected to be near or
less than a quarter inch. Another shot of cold air will move into the
region behind the cold front on Sunday, with temperatures falling through the
30s and into the 20s Sunday afternoon into Sunday night. Once rain ends Sunday
morning, dry and mostly cloudy conditions are expected Sunday into Monday
before the next system arrives late Monday into Tuesday.
