Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central Kentucky and Southern Indiana
National Weather Service Louisville KY
326 PM EST Wed Nov 12 2025

.DISCUSSION...High pressure over the region will keep conditions
dry and skies mostly clear. Winds will steadily relax overnight
and remain light on Thursday. Dry air mix down Thursday afternoon
will help minimum RH to dip into the 29-35% range. Temperatures
will continue to warm through the weekend. Light isolated rain
showers will be possible on Friday morning through the early
afternoon. Saturday will remain dry. Another cold front will move
through on Saturday night, which may bring some light showers
through the region. The next best chance for showers and storms
will be on Tuesday.
