.DISCUSSION...Look for a hot and humid day as temperatures peak in the
low to mid 90s, and dew points reach into the upper 60s and low 70s for
most. The end result will feature peak heat indices in the low 100s
weest of I-65. In addition to the heat and humidity, gusty shower
and thunderstorm chances look to increase later today into tonight,
lasting through Wednesday as a frontal boundary sinks through the
region. Some of the storms could become strong to severe later today
through Wednesday. Gusty winds would be the main threat.
