.DISCUSSION...High pressure will be spread across the region today, with
another day of deep mixing during the late morning and afternoon hours
expected. While peak mixing heights should reach around 8-9 kft this
afternoon, the high being nearby will keep winds fairly light, thereby
limiting overall dispersion values. Relative humidity values are expected
to fall into the upper 20s and low-to-mid 30s in many areas this afternoon,
and some south and west aspects may see minimum RH values in the mid 20s.
Temperatures will remain below normal, with highs ranging from the mid 70s
to the low 80s.
