.DISCUSSION... High pressure working through the TN Valley today will keep
us dry with seasonable temperatures in the low/mid 40s. Quick moving clipper
will bring a chance of light snow/flurries in the pre dawn hours of Friday.
A coating to a couple tenths of an inch of snow is possible. Colder and drier
weather will be in place for the bulk of Friday into Saturday. A significant
and impactful winter storm is likely Sunday into Monday with a wide range of
wintry precipitation from snow, sleet, freezing rain and even rain for
locations along the TN/KY border.
