.DISCUSSION...With surface high pressure remaining overhead, dry
and warm conditions will continue. Weak near surface winds and
mixing heights below 6 kft through Tuesday will result in poor
dispersion rates. Winds will shift to the south late Tuesday into
Wednesday, allowing warmer air to return to the area. Transport
winds will increase, and with mixing heights near and above 7
kft, dispersion rates will be good by Wednesday afternoon.
