.DISCUSSION...Dry, mild, and gusty conditions for the remainder of the
afternoon will give way to widespread rainfall and isolated thunderstorm
chances late tonight through the daylight hours of Wednesday. Overall,
1 to 2 inches of rain is expected for most, however some localized
amounts over 3" are possible, especially across southern KY. The good
news is the heaviest rainfall is expected where the ongoing drought
is currently the worst.
