.DISCUSSION...RH values drop quickly after morning fog mixes away with the
lowest RH values in the west in the 30-40% range. Western areas will reach
a minimum RH value in the 40-50% range. Transport winds will blow
primarily from the SW from 5-10 kts. Mixing heights are also highest in
the west near 5,000 ft AGL with lowest heights in the west remaining
near 3,000 ft. Vent rates share the same pattern, with highest rates
more than 80,000 in the west. Generally, better burn conditions exist
west of the I-65 corridor.
