.DISCUSSION...High pressure will remain in control across the region on Wednesday,
with unseasonably hot temperatures and dry conditions expected. Temperatures are
expected to warm into the mid 90s during the afternoon hours tomorrow, with heat
index values ranging from 100 to 107. Deep mixing up to 7-7.5k feet is expected
during the afternoon hours tomorrow, which should allow for some drier air and
lower humidity values to reach the surface. Given continued drying of the ground,
the current forecast may be too high with afternoon RH values. Winds should remain
fairly light through the period, with southwest winds generally less than 10 mph.
It will be the light winds that will be mainly responsible for limiting dispersion
parameters on Wednesday.
