.DISCUSSION...Lower humidity continues with minimum afternoon RH
values Wednesday reaching the low to mid 40s. Mixing heights are
poor to start but will reach near 5,000 feet by the afternoon.
Winds will be light from the southwest with smoke dispersion
remaining marginal. Scattered rain showers and storms return
overnight on Wednesday and into early Thursday morning which will
bring erratic wind gusts temporarily. Similar conditions with
higher RH values will exist Thursday afternoon before scattered
storms return by the early evening hours.
