.DISCUSSION...Winds are very light to calm now and will only slightly
increase during the peak heating hours during the early-mid afternoon.
Transport winds reach 4-6 kts generally from the SSW, although
winds at the surface will be lighter and more variable during the
day. RH values remain somewhat elevated in the 60-70% range now but
since skies have already cleared, this will encourage drier air to mix
down dropping min RH values to the mid 30s during the middle of the
afternoon. Mixing heights should increase with the clear skies above
4,000 ft, peaking to perhaps just above 4,500 ft before the evening
settles in. Any smoke would drift generally towards the NNE
paralleling state highway 145 and towards S Liberty Church Road.

As for this evening and tonight, RH values will quickly recover
reaching the 50-60% range by 8 PM EDT and maxing into the 80-90%
range overnight with continued light to calm winds and clear skies.
