.DISCUSSION...

Around ignition time, RH values are expected to be in the mid 40s,
however will continue to drop throughout the afternoon into the
mid to lower 30s. Mostly sunny skies will continue for the day
tomorrow with temperatures in the mid to upper 70s. At the time
of ignition smoke dispersion will be poor with mixing heights at
1800 ft and a 4 mph SW wind. This could be a factor to consider
for Old Lebanon Rd traffic. Winds are not expected to change much
throughout the day, though mixing heights will continue to increase
to around 3800 ft by late afternoon into the evening hours.
