cold front sinks south through the region. These NE winds will
increase to 5-10 mph late this morning through the afternoon
hours, helping to pull somewhat drier air into the region. RH
values are forecast to bottom out below 30 percent this afternoon.
Skies will remain mostly sunny with only scattered thin high
clouds streaming overhead at times. The atmosphere remains quite
dry throughout the lower to mid levels.
