.DISCUSSION...Clear skies will continue for most of the
day today with temperatures in the low 80s across the area. RH
values are expected to dip into the low 30s this afternoon and
tomorrow. Winds will remain light today but variable as winds
start shifting southerly tonight into tomorrow. Smoke dispersion
remain poor today with the light winds and marginal mixing
heights. Dry conditions will continue through Wednesday. Rain
showers will move in across the area late Thursday into Friday.
