.DISCUSSION...

Clear skies and dry weather is expected today. With efficient
mixing this afternoon, drier air aloft is expected to mix down to
the surface. This will allow dew points to crash and temperatures
to increase. Overall, minimum RH this afternoon will dip into the
low-mid 20% range. Mixing heights will max out around 5000ft this
afternoon. Light north-northeasterly 20ft winds around 4-5kts and
transport winds up to 10kts are expected. These lighter winds will
keep smoke dispersion marginal.

These conditions are expected to continue through Wednesday. On
Tuesday and Wednesday, winds will shift from out of the southwest
and gust 20-25mph at the surface. Dry air mix down conditions may
become enhanced these days.
