Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS... An 29.9 inch inverted trough draped from the Ohio Valley to New York State will drift southeastward and away from the lake this afternoon and tonight as a 30.4 inch high builds southeastward across Ontario Province. This high will then strengthen to 30.6 inches as it slowly drifts across Quebec through Thursday.
