For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.6 inch high will drift slowly east across New
England Saturday and then settle southward into the Mid Atlantic
Sunday through Monday while weakening to 30.4 inches. A cold front
will move southeast across the lake Monday. Another 30.6 inch high
will then build from northwest Ontario province Monday night to
Quebec by Tuesday night, then off the New England coast by Wednesday
night.
